Well she had a good run.
And by good run I mean sad, decrepit, and lonely.
We tried to keep 'er going. We had only the best intentions.
But when is the last time anything ever survived on intentions, dad? (All shaking the steering wheel, tapping the gauges, the wife saving her I-told-you-so's and rolling down the window to look at a barn, kid in the back slouching with her chewing-gum and a long dramatic SIGH.)
After dropping the DM and DoD servers it was nice to have something going, a presence of some kind, a ship to sail. Maybe we'll find some other way, some other game, some other flag-- er... Control Point to rally around.
Anyway, this will free up some resources for our next great endeavor, which is undoubtedly just over the horizon.
IN THE MEANTIME...
There are plenty of us who enjoy TF2, which still enjoys a strong online community and continuing updates.
Please keep the conversation going with ideas, strategies, tips, tricks, methods, and advice! For crissake
I need all the help I can get.
Hugs and Cake,
Clove

It was worth a go. We just don't quite have the time and energy a pub server needs to really take off.
We'll save our energy/resources for another project someday. |
